Eligibility for Returns

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt. Products must be unused or gently used and returned in their original packaging. Empty containers are not eligible for a refund. Proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt, is required. If your purchase was made through one of our authorized retail partners, please follow that retailer’s return policy directly.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, email us at info@3ofcups.com to request a return authorization. Once approved, our team will provide the return shipping address and instructions. Please ship the product back in secure packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable unless the return resulted from our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged during transit, do not discard the packaging or the product. Save the box and all contents, then contact us immediately at info@3ofcups.com with photos of the damage. These materials may be required to process a claim with the carrier. If your product appears defective, please email us within 30 days of receipt at info@3ofcups.com with your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue. Please do not discard the item until our team advises you, as we may ask you to return it for quality assurance.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
