With a Bachelor of Science in Biomechanical Engineering and a Master of Science in Nursing, Lauren has always been a proud science geek—or "geek chic," as she calls it.

Her love for beauty grew from her early studies of healing and the body, leading her to explore self-care as a way to nurture both the inside and out. In her mid-30s, a spiritual awakening sparked a passion for tarot and wellness, merging science with spirituality in her approach to beauty.

What began as a fun, beauty-themed Instagram account evolved into a full-fledged career, including her role as Beauty Editor for Cosmopolitan Middle East and a YouTube channel dedicated to aging well.

Lauren's journey took a transformative turn with her breast cancer diagnosis, deepening her connection to self-care and wellness. During chemotherapy, she founded 3 of Cups, her beauty brand rooted in spiritual self-care, healing ingredients, and transformative rituals.

Today, her brand reflects her personal journey, nurturing the body, mind, and spirit in every detail.
